Chiccote’s Beats

Pedro Henrique, known as Chiccote’s, is a Brazilian composer, music producer and beatmaker; Born in September 1996 in the state of São Paulo, Brazil, he began producing Progressive House, Dubstep, Trap and other EDM styles until he got the softness of combining light melodies with hiphop beats. My biggest inspirations are Deadmau5, Mr. Carmack & Hans Zimmer.

Eva Gomi Tenshi

Hey. My name is eva. I’m a Japan based musician, producer and youtuber. I’ve been making music seriously now for around 5 years, but have always been interested in music since I was a child. I wouldn’t describe my sound as any particular genre but I take influences from many areas including – Hip Hop, Jazz, Midwest Emo, and a lot of world music in my composing.

To be honest, iIn terms of influences and inspiration I first have to admit I don’t really listen to chillhop or jazzhop music that much but I do however listen to lofi hip hop on occasion. Here are a few of my favorite artists from over the years – Wicca Phase Springs Eternal, 93FEETOFSMOKE, Fats’e, American Football, DIr En Grey, [bsd.u], Joji, Beck, Cold Hart, Bladee, Yung Lean, $uicideboy$, Slipknot, mt. marcy, Fall Out Boy, Good Charlotte, XXXTENTACION, Porter Robison, David Shawty, and many many more.

However, I’m mainly inspired by things outside of music. Some of my main inspirations that have influenced my music include – Studio Ghibli, Cowboy Bebop, Super Mario Sunshine, Perfect Blue, Quenten Tarantino, Pokemon, etc. I also gain a lot of my inspiration from visiting places and traveling within Japan, a lot of which I film and release on my youtube. Eva comes from Eva Beatrice, my favorite character from my favorite show as a teenager Umineko no Naku Koro Ni. Whereas, gomi tenshi is japanese for “trash angel” which was inspired from the Bladee song “dumpster baby”. I’ve used the name “eva” in my steam profile since i was maybe 15, and I have many friends that refer to me as that, and so it just kind of stuck. Also to those of you who knew me as ブロックル, that name originated from my swedish friend in Tokyo. Basically my in Japanese was too long to fit on some official paperwork and so it got cut to that, which my friends proceeded to call me as a joke.

Hi, we are Daniel and Viktor and we make JazzyCal. We know each other since the beginning of time. We share the same passion for music and the stage as well as we play in numerous bands together. We cover the whole scale of musical genre by listening or making it on our own instruments. We’ve been musicians and producers for over 10 years in different areas of music, but we found the best of ourselves in lofi hiphop, asian lofi, jazzhop & chillhop. Working together has never been easier with anyone else. We can complement each other very well, that makes our music so chillful. Hopefully it will stick in your heads as well.

Locolm

Locolm is a French Music Producer based on electronic synths and retro music. He began to produce in 2017, inspired by artists like HOME, Idealism, Voyage and some other and since, try to share his universe and his vision.

Also he is a member of the Dreamhop Staff Team as video editor and youtube community manager.

Hello world. My name Is LUQET. I’m a little producer from Moscow. As long as I live I’m always try to create something. And from young age I understood dat I listen a little differ world around me . It’s like a superpower. So my first steps in music started with a Techo Ejay 4 ( shoutout oldfag ).This is how I create my first electronic tune. In carrier I tryed a lot of styles in EDM (Even fat and dirty Hardstyle, lol). but getting older over the years I understood dat rav and rude styles no longer inspire me. This is how I faced with Lo-Fi genre at all. 3 years ago i faced with Dreamhop music community and relise my frist EP via them. That was very important step for me and I’m appreciate dat Dreamhop give me a chance to unleash my mind and thoughts to share with everyone. This was my story.

Nuver (Robin de Vries) is an 18 year old producer from a little village in the Netherlands. He started making music in 2015 where he made a variety of styles.  Nowadays he specialises in the lofi industry, sporting a distinct uplifting and powerful sound, shaped by influences from other genres like EDM.

Growing up in a multi-cultural environment and learning 4 languages, music has always been something that I could count on to express myself in a unified way to everyone independent of countries, cultures, and languages. This is why I pursue music since the age of 5 as a hobby next to my studies.

Peak Twilight originally started as a project to get into orchestral production a few years ago. However, as a long-time lofi-listener, I’ve decided to diverge paths for my main alias and am going for lofi-oriented projects instead. Thank you so much for listening to what I do, it means a lot ♥ :3

In 2020, Pr4ntik released his single ‘Aesthetic Love’ on the record label imprint ‘Aviary Day’, a sub-label of ‘Aviary Bridge Records’, which captivated listeners with its refreshingly unique track that crossed over 160,000+ streams (and still counting) on Spotify. He has inspired a lot of upcoming artists through his original tracks- a testament to his talent and versatility as an artist. Although, Pr4ntik’s favorite place to be is in the studio, he shares his music online through all major music streaming platforms.

Prithvi

Prithvi Pandey, professionally known as Prithvi, is a 21 year old Music Producer from India. His journey began in late 2018, when he was practicing sound design. Later, he got interested in music production and started producing electronic music. In the early 2020, he began producing lofi hip hop and has been doing it ever since.

Refeeld

Refeeld was born in 2002. He’s a Japanese music producer and multi-instrumentalist. He started making music when he was 13 years old. Before that, he played the piano, guitar and bass as a hobby. In 2019, Joceran (the owner of Dreamhop) contacted me about releases on Soundcloud, this led to the release of “Quiet Fall” on Dreamhop, this things changed my life a lot, and this EP is my favorite. Dreamhop always surprised me.

S N U G

S N U G is a 16 year old Malaysian lofi/chillhop artist. Equipped with 13 years of classical piano training and experience, he started producing lofi in summer 2019 after being inspired by artists like Idealism and Aso. In 2020, he released his first ep “Spring Blossom” with Dreamhop Records, and another album “Moonglow” with Chilledcow Records, aiming to bring his listeners dreamy vibes to relax to. With the release of album “Nightfall” to start off 2021, he is now busy working on an assortment of projects, hoping that he could find his own sound in the meantime.

Sillage

Sillage is an Italian composer and producer, based in Rome. His style is very melodic and nostalgic, with long riverbed piano, guitar and latin percussion. Since he was a boy he has had a passion for music production and composition, especially hip hop, and this is strengthened and takes deeper roots when he comes into contact with the lo-fi world. In 2020 he released his first EP ‘Underwater Stories’, followed by ‘Imperfections’ in January 2021 and ‘Late Night Stargazing’ in September 2021. His music wants to transport the listener into another dimension, convey dreamy vibes and allow you to relax at its best at any time of the day.

Tibeauthetraveler

Tibeauthetraveler is a Belgian lofi Hip Hop & Chillhop music producer.

In 2020, the 23-year-old beat maker lost his job as a travel representative because of the Covid-19 pandemic. This gave him the chance to spend full time on his passion for music production.
